I bought a new unit from you ,six months into it had it served and the guy said the unit needed a new capacitor $500 he quoted me .said no thanks .had another company come out said there was nothing wrong with and the capacitor should have costed $79 .you guys train your tecs to rip off people no thanks.I had a much better experience with George Brazil .had a Tec out today Ricky.took me through the unit.he even said the capacitor is working normal.was no need for start capacitor.everything was operating in normal capacity.Ricky was wonderful 👍 Thanks Again.

Recently found an error code showing on my thermostat, so called George Brazil for a warranty repair. Austin Thompson was dispatched to my home, showed up on time, great demeanor about him, went right to work and found what was needed to get my heat pump unit repaired. Parts were ordered, came in yesterday, he was back out today and repairs were made. Actually found there were less parts needed than originally thought, so extra parts were returned to the shop, my unit is working like a charm again.VERY happy with the service, with Austin & Brett (higher level technician who supervised Austins repair), and company overall communication & care they provided to me and my family. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing this type of service 🙂
The technician, Chris Warner, who came out to service my heater did a GREAT job. He was very curious and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me things I needed to know about my heater so that my heater can work better and last longer. I truly believe he saved me a lot of money. I will definitely tell my friends and highly recommend George Brazil to everyone with a heater and air conditioning system.
My service tech - John C - was out for PM call on my unit today (1/3/25). He was absolutely phenomenal! He took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions, and do a thorough job cleaning/inspecting the unit. During his inspection he found that my capacitor was failing and recommended replacing it. He brought the part to me and actually explained what it was doing vs what is should be doing. Plus, he had a great attitude and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job (which is a rarity these days). Thank you John for the amazing customer service - I will definitely be requesting you for all my future service needs!
