Here’s a little bit about the job… Our IT Technician position will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support and is the first responder to all requests for technical assistance. This position is responsible for all hardware/software troubleshooting and issue resolution. Basically, for those of us not “Techy” you’re our Teammate that will assist us in getting all our gadgets and gizmo’s working again!
