Administrative Assistant of Residential Business

Job Description

Job Summary:  Provides administrative and office support for the VP of Residential Business and supporting departments.  Responsibilities may include scheduling, planning & coordinating activities for all field departments; managing reporting all field personnel, dispatchers, and customer service representatives. Assists the Field Managers and Customer Service/Dispatch teams as needed. Reports to the VP of Residential Business.

Job Duties:

  • Generate reports detailing the workings of various departments in the organization using company software and databases
  • Organize, schedule and take detailed minutes in meetings
  • Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audits
  • Schedule & coordinate training courses and meetings for all field employees
  • Provide support to the Customer Service & Dispatch team
  • Other administrative duties as directed by management

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of Industry relevant experience
  • Previous employee management experience preferred
  • Previous audit experience preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient in use of office software programs a must
  • Base knowledge of business and management principles and practices a must
  • Base Knowledge of project management principles and practices a must

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work varying shifts including days, nights, and weekends
